​SCOPE OF SERVICES:

At HumbleHerGlam, we provide natural and soft glam makeup services with a modest touch for clients aged 15 and older.
 

LOCATION: 

Our in-home studio is located in Goodyear, AZ (85338). The exact address will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
 

SAFETY AND SECURITY:

For privacy and security, clients (and guardians for clients aged 15–17) must submit a recent photo of their bare face as indicated in the booking form. "Only the individual(s) shown in the submitted photo may enter the in-home studio for the appointment
 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Saturday 7am-7pm MST

 

FAQ's

  • Do you offer bridal services?
    Not at this time. Future updates will be shared if this changes.

  • Do you service men?
    No, we do not offer makeup services for men, aligning with our Christ-based mission.

  • Do you have pets?
    Yes, we have two dogs. They will be in a separate area during your session to ensure a calm and focused environment.

  • Can I bring my own products?

You are welcome to bring your own lashes if preferred; however, the service price remains the same. For all other products, we use our professional kit to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards.
 

BOOKING TERMS:

  • Appointments can be booked up to 28 days in advance.
     

  • Ensure an accurate email address is provided on the booking form for confirmation emails.
     

  • List any allergies or sensitivities on the booking form.
     

  • For security purposes, all clients and parent/guardians (for clients 15-17) must email or text a recent photo of their bare face, as stated on the booking form. This ensures the safety of both parties.
     

  • For clients aged 15-17: he parent/guardian accompanying the client must complete the Parental Consent section of the booking form, provide contact details, and email or text a recent photo of their bare face.
     

PREPARATION POLICY FOR MAKEUP CLIENTS:

To ensure that you receive the best possible makeup application experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Arrive with clean skin, no makeup or moisturizer, groomed eyebrows, and removed facial hair for the best application.
     

  • Share inspiration photos, noting the look may vary based on your features. Without a photo, the artist will choose a complementary style.
     

  • No chewing or phone calls during the application. If necessary, the artist will pause for important calls.
    .

Please note:

  • For precise application quality, our makeup artist may require brief moments of silence.


LATE POLICY:

Please note that arriving late for your appointment may impact the quality of your service and disrupt the schedule of other clients. 
 

  • 9-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies and will be invoiced to be paid at the appointment, before services are rendered.
     

  • Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes, and the deposit is forfeited.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $30 deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
     

  • We accept payment via Square’s tap-to-pay system. Please ensure you have a valid card ready.
     

  • A receipt will be sent via email or text, as preferred.
     

  • If payment cannot be completed in full at the appointment before services are rendered, your appointment will be canceled, services withheld, and the deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
     

  • If you cancel within this allotted time, you can reach out via email at info@humbleherglam.com to have your deposit transferred to a different date and time within the same month (subject to availability).
     

  • Same-day cancellations, not caused by the makeup artist, and if there are no available time slots within the same month to transfer the deposit to, this results in a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.
     

To cancel, log in to your Members Area on our website, go to "My Orders," then click "My Bookings." Select the "Manage" button for your upcoming appointment, then click "Cancel."

Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be made online, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For assistance, email info@humbleherglam.com with your full name and cancellation request, and we will cancel it for you.

You must have a 'member account' to cancel/reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance. You can create this account before or after booking, but ensure you use the same email as your booking to view your appointment by following the same steps above.

 

Please note:

  • For inquiries regarding rescheduling your appointment, refer to the reschedule policy.


NO-SHOW POLICY:

In the event of a client's No-Show (not showing up to the appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling), the following actions will be taken:

  • The client will be required to settle the outstanding balance through an invoice sent to their email, in addition to the full price of a new service, should they choose to book again.
     

  • The deposit made is non-refundable and non-transferable.


RESCHEDULE POLICY:

  • Reschedule within 24 hours before the appointment using the same deposit.

  • Only one reschedule per deposit; a new deposit is required for additional changes.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be within the same month.

  • If no times are available within the same month to reschedule to or rescheduling is not done within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To reschedule, log in to your Members Area, go to "My Orders," then "My Bookings." Click "Manage" on your upcoming appointment and select "Reschedule."
 

For issues, email info@humbleherglam.com or text 623-324-3693 with your name and the new date and time (within the same month)-if applicable, and we'll assist you.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are not provided. Exceptions may apply for service interruptions caused by HumbleHerGlam.


GUESTS AND CHILDREN POLICY:

No additional guests or children allowed, except a parent/guardian for clients aged 15–17. This policy maintains a calm and focused environment for optimal service.

TRAVEL POLICY:

We do not offer mobile services at this time.

MAKEUP SERVICE SPECIALIZATION:

We exclusively offer natural and soft glam makeup services, including foundation, blush, eyeshadow, lashes, and more. Individual services (e.g., eyeshadow and lashes or lashes only) are not available.


PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY:

By booking, you agree to allow before-and-after photos/videos for promotional use. Let us know if you prefer not to be featured.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY:

We love sharing our work on social media! By tagging us, you give us permission to repost.
